Pour out your hearts to the Holy One.<br \/>\n<strong>For God alone my soul waits in silence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Silence<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Sing: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em>Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Praise God all creatures here below.<\/p>\n<p>Praise him above all heavenly hosts, Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lord is here. God\u2019s Spirit is present. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We can never <em>not<\/em> be in the presence of God:<\/p>\n<p>We are totally surrounded.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We are surrounded by beauty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lord is here. God\u2019s Spirit is present. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One thing I have asked of the Lord. This is what I seek:<\/p>\n<p>That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,<\/p>\n<p>To behold the beauty of the Lord&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THANKSGIVING AND LAMENT<\/p>\n<p>God, we mourn how much of your beauty we overlook &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The water lily in a stagnant black pond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A smile creasing a scarred, broken face<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The flesh of a simple green coconut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The warmth of a full-bodied hug<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>An orchid spraying from straggling bark<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The freshness of transparent conversation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The lightness of silk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The delight of daring to dance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The tang of lemon grass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Individuals speak out their own descriptive phrases &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Three things are too wonderful for me, four I do not understand:<\/p>\n<p><strong>the way of an eagle in the sky, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>the way of a snake on a rock, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>the way of a ship on the high seas, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>and the way of a man with a woman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wonder, mystery, beauty &#8230;
